The technology
Microscopic precision, objective verdict.
Entrupy captures microscopic images of the material — leather grain, canvas weave, engravings, hardware — and compares them, through artificial intelligence, to a database of millions of authentic and counterfeit pieces. The verdict is not based on an opinion: it is based on data.
This technology covers bags and leather goods. For watches and jewelry, authentication is carried out by the FAMES watchmaking and jewellery experts — movements, hallmarks, serial numbers and documentation.
If a piece turned out not to match its certificate, it would be fully refunded. It's written into our terms.
The protocol

Inspection by the FAMES experts
Leather, stitching, engravings, hardware, serial numbers: each piece is examined point by point by our team of authentication experts, according to the standards of the original house.

Entrupy scan — AI & microscopic imaging
The piece is scanned with Entrupy technology: microscopic images of the material are analysed by artificial intelligence, the same technology used by the world's largest luxury resellers.

Certificate issued
An official, verifiable Entrupy certificate of authenticity is issued for the piece. It is handed to you at purchase — your guarantee, in black and white.

Put on sale or handed to the client
The piece joins the collection, or is returned to you if you entrusted it to us. Watches and jewelry are authenticated by our watchmaking and jewellery experts.
