Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sales of pieces (bags, watches, shoes) made by FAMES to clients in Morocco, in accordance with Law No. 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures.
2. Products and authentication
Each product page indicates one of two statuses: "Authentic with certificate" (an authenticated branded piece — via Entrupy technology for leather goods, by the FAMES experts for watches and jewelry — whose references appear on the page) or "Original Fames creation" (an original design by the house). The condition of each piece is described faithfully, including any defects.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp; payment is made by bank transfer or in cash on delivery depending on the city, with the terms specified at confirmation.
4. Delivery
Delivery throughout Morocco after confirmation. Exact costs and lead times are communicated before the order is validated.
5. Returns and withdrawal
You have 7 days after receipt to notify us of a return, in accordance with Law 31-08. The piece must be returned in its original condition, with its certificate and accessories. The refund is made after inspection, within 7 days. Return costs remain the client's responsibility except for a defect not mentioned on the product page.
6. Guarantees
Watches are sold verified and in working order. If a piece turned out not to match its certificate of authenticity, it would be fully refunded.
7. Contact and disputes
For any claim: contact@fames.ma. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions of Law 31-08.
