Hermès Birkin Sellier 20 "Faubourg" — Croco façade & midnight-blue epsom

The house's most mythical piece: the "Faubourg" Birkin reproduces, in miniature, the façade of the historic boutique at 24 Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The three arched windows, their orange awnings and the cornice are assembled in leather marquetry — hundreds of atelier hours, reserved for a handful of examples each year.

The roof of the bag — flap, handles and straps — is cut from Gris Perle crocodile with regular scales, set on a body in Bleu Nuit epsom leather, while the windows play on cream and Feu orange. Sellier construction, stitching on the outside, gold-plated hardware, padlock, keys and bell.
